Pattern of Life

Today in my three mile walk I came across so many contenders for today’s blip that it’s difficult for me to choose.

I’ve plumped for this strange roof tile pattern which I’d never seen before. Roof tiles are just roof tiles and it never occurred to me that tilers could be artistic with their work.

Auchincruive was once the biggest agricultural college in Scotland, but now it is totally redeveloped and teems with natural life, along with buildings that have been redesigned for modern living, among other things. Overlooking the Clocktower, this abode seems to have been built in a space among trees and pathways where joggers jog and dogs aplenty are waked by their owners.
