Our Matt and his partner have bought something old and American. This I'm sure they will enjoy. They already attend occasional meets with Emma's family often for a weekend away so this will work well with that. 
Personally I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole but it's their hard earned money so I'll be making all the right noises.
