Anita and Dan arrived in Akbuk a few days ago and tonight I joined them for a meal at a restaurant on the edge of the town where, tbh, we agreed that the food wasn't great - but the view certainly was, and it was nice to catch up on their news since I last saw in them in May.  

Back home from the restaurant by 8.30, I then had a good one hour video call with Caitlin so both real and virtual time with friends was good but otherwise much of the day passed horizontal on the sofa watching Netflix as I continue to have internal engine trouble - think I need new spark plugs.
