Sunday ripples

I have had a lovely day today - a former work colleague (CT)  with whom I shared an office with over thirty years ago (!) came up for a visit with two other former colleagues who have recently discovered the joys of wild swimming. 

The forecast hadn't been great but in the end the conditions were just grand with no rain and no breeze when I was in the water.  We then repaired back to mine for a leisurely lunch. It was really nice seeing them all and catching up on our lives.
