I really was tempted

to take it along..

It followed us almost for a kilometer meowing all the way. It kept close to my feet. We tried very hard to ignore it. 
As the road was nearer, the pavement narrowerer, my feet to wide and therefore no room for a small kitten. I kicked it and it ran off.
