Wet Walk

H and got a soaking on the morning walk. It brightened up then poured down again!

Monday already, September already!

Had a nice ten pin bowling session last night with the FiL. I’m still trying out new drills from the Scottish Senior Squad training and had 4 good consecutive games (223, 212, 184, 182).

Got my final trial in Ayr on Sunday.

Nephew L’s 19th birthday today. Will try and pop in after our L’s gymnastics this evening.

There will be cake and pizza!
