Not too bad

This was a little plant that was crying out for rescue and it is rewarding me with a flower.

Haven’t slept well again but intend to wear myself out to the point of nothing can wake me tonight. Unfortunately this doesn’t always work but a good start with a bicycle ride this morning at 5.30.

To the same end I tried having a training session with Holly early this morning. She becomes so focused on treats that working goesvout the window
