Theo and Henk

Henk and Theo Bone lead a busy life with lots of demands on them from their bosses and their wives. To get away from all the hustle they go night fishing about 3 or 4 times a week.
I joined them this night to shoot a couple of photos, together with my friend Harold Makaske. Harold is doing a photo series about the family Bone, which will result in a book, describing the life of the family from about 1900 up to 2013.

Tonight Henk and Theo were not very lucky, they only caught half a mackerel. But as Henk always says: "It's better to have half a fish in the hand, than the smell of 10."
