We had to pop along to the vet this morning as Elsa has been limping intermittently for a few days.   
After a good old check over it was relief to know it is nothing too serious.  Her hips are a bit stiff, so possibly a flare up of arthritis.  She is on anti inflammatory meds and no walks for  5 days, and we are advised to up the dose of her joint supplements.   
She, of course, is as bright as a button and shows no sign of being in any pain, so keeping her from careering about like a loon  will be interesting.   Luckily, she is also  quite happy to cuddle up and snooze a lot in the day so hopefully shouldn't be too tricky...
