Yesterday I tweaked my back. It was uncomfortable yesterday however, this morning it was still ‘giving me jip’.  I decided it would be best to skip our Monday walk. After a shower and some paracetamol Hubby and I ventured to The Station for a coffee and by the time we got back home I had much more mobility. 

The afternoon involved a bit of admin and not much else. So a short wander in the garden for a blip. The sun even made a brief appearance however, there is very heavy rain as I type.
