Burnley

I was in Burnley today at the dentist, it was the hygienist appointment. Afterwards I went over to see my friend Janet and take her to lunch.She wanted to go to the mechanics for lunch unfortunately it was closed. She wanted scampi and chips, eventually I found a cafe near the market. Every time we walked anywhere it started to rain, the rest of the time it was sunny. Her memory is very poor, she has been diagnosed with Alzheimers. I kept reassuring her that it didn't matter that she couldn't remember things. She did remember we were going out on Sunday and Margaret was picking her up because it was on the calendar. We had a lovely time and I left her smiling and laughing which was lovely to see. We walked past this shop walking back to the car. She said she had no idea where I had parked so  I said it was fine because I knew!
