I spent today dithering over whether to go to Tillicoultry tomorrow to meet Linda and Margaret. My back is improving but still pretty painful so although I really want to go I’ve just phoned Margaret to say I won’t be there.  I will go to Loch Leven’s Larder to buy some extra nice food and wine and if my back stands up to that I’ll try to start doing little short walks every day. I’ve been re-reading a pleasant French novel.  A bit of light cheerful reading  so I must check to see if the author has written anything new recently.
