In our happy place

Coffee in the Old Electric Shop in Hay-on-Wye.

This was after visiting the house we are in the process of buying (to measure up and do some planning) and after a visit to the bathroom and kitchen centre to look at new suites.

We also met a chatty funeral director, which was more fun than it sounds, who gave us some helpful gossip. 

In Monmouth we found an incredible all-vegan bakery where we had lunch. Do follow the link to their website. It’s amazing.

Home in time for tea having packed a lot into the day.
