The Lego Stand

Formerly The St Andrews stand, this frankly uncomfortable stand opened officially in 1988 with a game against Brian Cloughs Forest. It's actual first match was a November 1987 FA Cup clash against Crewe, who fielded a young David Platt. We won 2-1 and I was there.

Today we beat Wrexham 2-0, a result that sees us 4th after five games. It's a massive turnaround for us as we've arguably been on our arse for several years.
