Banff bridge

From Duff House Royal golf course. My brother was playing in the Seniors 4-day competition which started today, and asked if I'd come along as caddy. A really long time ago I used to caddy for my father in big competitions like this, and the techniques haven't changed much; the golf bag is now on a powered set of wheels. Keeping quiet, behind the ball, and out of the sight lines of the players is all much the same.
It was variably windy, and the course was much harder than normal, making for frustrating golf, some of it rather variable too. I enjoyed the walk, and it meant I got to see my brother for a few hours. We talked over lunch in the clubhouse.

There was a tiny bit of drizzle and a dull afternoon. Good sky colours in the evening. 15C high and a SE wind.
