Birthday Card

I'm coeliac. This is the funniest thing about it. 

Good to be home. I went to my yoga class last night but online. Seemed a sensible compromise. 

Thanks for all the encouragement yesterday. I'm looking forward to the railway relics discoveries. When we were in Maud yesterday we also discovered how huge and important its livestock mart was. There's now a cafe in the old mart building which was handy for us. 

Today I'll be chatting to my lifelong pals then walking with my neighbour. After that a friend and I will be delivering a 100th birthday card and gift to a man who lived in this area, and in the same house, all his life till earlier in the year when he moved into a care home. 

Dentist this afternoon. Cameraman is on grandson after school duty. A lots of bits and pieces to accomplish in between.
