Seen on my way into the gym.

Spin class was cancelled today because I was the only one who turned up. Claire can’t teach a class with only one participant because it would be classed as personal training and she’s not qualified for that :-((

Our only option was to go to the lakeside cafe for coffee and a long overdue catch up!! :-)))
