TinyTuesday...Flower

A new plant to my garden, acquired last autumn  and nursed through the winter, to finally flower this autumn. I bought it for its most gorgeous blue colour, ceratostigma, a variety of plumbago.....
Feeling a little better today, slightly less pain, and managing to regularly do some long, slow stretches, which is giving me the relief in my back. Had a lovely, unexpected chat with a blipper friend, and cheery messages from B in Hampshire and G on her cruise....
