Cabaret

This lived happily in a large container in the 'yard in Wooler, and I was rather worried about planting it into the garden here due to the lack of soil (it seems that we have a shallow layer of soil over mixed builders' rubble over the whole garden). It was difficult to find a spot where MrM could dig a hole big enough to accommodate it, and then we had to cut off some of the roots.

Two and a bit years later it seems that my fears were unfounded, as it's flowering beautifully, despite lack of water over the last few weeks.
