The first day of meteorological Autumn and I was inspired by an Instagram reel of photos of the sunflowers over at Palette & Pasture, a gelato farm just outside of Frome, so off we went.
Um, what sunflowers?? Apparently, a deer ate them! There were lots of pumpkins though... I wonder if they'll last until Hallowe'en?
We went into the gelato parlour to console ourselves re the lack of any sunflowers: 2 scoops of Mooteaser for Mr W and 1 scoop of each of Creamy Cow's Milk and Blackberry for me. No photos of that though, couldn't risk it melting!
