Thunder on the shore (Day 3771)

This morning was spent organising stuff at home and in the van before a lunchtime wander at Wasdale with my beautiful wife and Sigyn.
As the weather got better after lunch, HV and I headed to Stromness and got Thunder and George out for a ride along the shore. The breeze disappeared while we were out and the temperature increased, and but the time we got back to the field it was warm enough that George was pretty sweaty and needed hosed down.
He was sparkling clean for all of 10 minutes before he found a dusty spot to roll in the field.
Tomorrow morning I fly off to Aberdeen to get an injection in my back which will hopefully help alleviate the pain I have been dealing with for nearly a year.
