Provocation

Last night several St Georges flags were attached to lamp posts in the village and on the A1307.  This has caused upset and division amongst people in the village, with fiercely opposing views.  Here is a BBC article on 'Operation Raise the Colours'

I don't like them, as I associate them with the far right, and feel that the people organising this are hoping to agitate confrontation and not promote unity.
