Penrith Urgent Treatment Centre

I was hoping to catch up on blip I’m so behind …But

Just got sat down and got a phone call my parents had been outside their house talking and my dad can talk .Next thing he’s fallen off his trolley chair and pulled my mam down with him , we took my mam to the hospital her face was all bloodied and looked like she had been in a fight with Frank Bruno , her wrists were sore and one was swollen.
We saw a couple of nurses then they let us go and sit in a room on our own while we waited to see the Nurse Practitioner, my mam didn’t want to go to Carlisle for an X-ray so she will come back tomorrow to get her wrist X-rayed.
Her face was cleaned up and dressings were applied we were in the hospital over three hours I think also they wanted to make sure she hadn’t a head injury.
My mam is 92 and fragile so it could of been worse.
