A reasonable outcome

Noticed the other day that our wooden floor is starting to buckle.
Investigated and found that the tap has been leaking when it is run.
Looked on IKEA website to see that the tap has a 10 year guarantee.
As it’s 7 years old I took it off and drove up to Wednesbury with it and the original despatch note plus a video of it leaking.
They gave me a new one without question which was nice seeing as they cost £110.
Still have the wonky floor though…
