After the deluge!

The weather became very active this afternoon!
Blustery winds leading to a real deluge.
I had been to my first Pilates class having had my two hips replaced during the last 10 months!
I was so pleased that my movements are now so much more fluid and all the walking I’ve been doing has strengthened my legs. My App tells me that I have averaged 2,216 steps a day since my second operation on the 7th March. The equivalent of a mile a day,
Obviously the daily step count itself fluctuates some days I manage more than others, but I’m so pleased!
The difference was marked as I worked my way through the programme in our class, it was good to be back, and without the pain and discomfort.
We had our coffee afterward in the atrium of the building where the class is held.
The building itself has a multiplicity of things going on, from a daily nursery, to hosting corporate events in the large hall space. It was being used today for people to donate blood. All very well organised.
Other smaller rooms are located off there, of which ours is one.
The sudden downpour was like some kind of tropical storm!
Bouncing off the roof and outer buildings and even off the grass.
It soon moved away, and by the time I’d driven home, the sun was out and the sky looked washed! I took the photo not long ago.
There is watery sunshine outside,
I and hoping the Swedish blippers have managed to have less of a wet walk today on the South Downs Way,
