Sun bathing

It poured with rain this morning but we've had some breaks in the wet and the clouds this afternoon.  The male common darter was busy taking advantage of what sunshine there was to recharge its batteries, as a result it was prepared to let me get quite close with the macro lens.  The sun is behind the insect so the water reflection off the pond surface produces the out of focus bokeh balls here.
