Change

After weeks of sunshine, the rain has arrived and a fierce wind. This was how the sea looked when I did my circular walk from home today. This was around 4.30pm.
It’s been a good day with a qigong session followed by a delicious pub lunch with friends who were celebrating their wedding anniversary.
