3937. Today’s lunch - EB

Went to my knitting group today and started another wee Christmas Hedgehog, this time in red tinsel wool. I’m going to use the same pattern to make two new door stops as our current ancient hedgehogs are past their sell by date! I’ll use the existing ones and take the stuffing and possibly the feet and ears from them….
Lunch today was Pork Skewers with Peppers and a Sweet Potato and Rocket Salad.
