Leopard slug

Nearly trod on this slug as I walked back from a very bouncy swim this morning.
Leopard slugs are not only beautiful but also the gardeners friend. They only eat dead stuff and are very territorial so chase off the mean slugs that eat your seedlings and hostas etc.
