Phare de Carteret

Had a quiet morning in our motorhome waiting for the rain to clear. D and I ventured out mid afternoon and walked into the town of Carteret.

We walked around the grounds of La Chapelle Saint-Louis before getting an ice cream on the promenade. Then went on to Phare de Carteret, a lighthouse on top of a hill. It overlooked the most beautiful beach and dunes.

It was an extremely windy day but a lovely walk.
