Leicester Museum of Costume....

not any more it isn`t....
This lovely little building is at the rear of Wygston`s House in Leicester.
It`s one of the oldest timber framed medieval-tudor buildings in the city and housed some of the collections of the costume museum which dated from 1850 to 20th century.

Wygstons` House itself is haunted by the ghost of an Edwardian or Georgian boy. He`s been seen on occasion within the building. The sound of a ball bouncing down the stairs has been heard and furniture is often moved around. The vacuum cleaner has occasionally been unplugged during morning cleaning sessions.

anybody fancy going on a ghost hunt? www.leicester.gov.uk/ghosts
