Notes: Up and moving just after 6a ... threw sheets and towels in the washer and started packing up the final things, upstairs and down, as well as cleaning floors again, litter boxes, putting out food. Pulled the car around to the back sliding door so was quick and easy loading - seemed like a lot less and better packed for this trip! Said goodbye to the cats (Feldspar up top and Rita on the stairs). Pulled out 835a, sad to leave the sweet kitties and the nice house with pickleball down the street. Really liked my time there - the stores and distance to places wasn't great but otherwise loved it and felt at home. Drive went pretty well, stopped for gas near the end of the trip - took just about 6 hrs overall, rolled into Michelle's 242p. Was quite a bit unpacking and bringing everything up myself but was able to park right out front for that. Hot and tiring and then all the unpacking and putting away to do ... also took some beef sausages and the ice packs up to Julie's. Michelle got back around 4p and left again after 5p for pickleball at Janet's. I kept unpacking and organizing, enough to settle in as much as possible. Warmed up some food, did Essentrics and then took a shower. Michelle headed back after 7p but called before she got here to see if I wanted to see sunset - I headed downstairs and she swung thru - we drove nearby tho the best of it was gone already. Much nicer nights here than when I left (Aug 1 so last night here was July 31!). Heard from Eve also, she made it back and the cats were all good and that the house looks great. Did another Essentrics with Michelle EOD and then started to wind down for bed.
