Ooooh Joy…..!!!

A new book….and not just any book…!!
Ordered in advance on my birthday…..and today is publication day..!

A fantastic publication from Sophie Morris…who I have ‘Followed’  (along with thousands of others now!! )…as she guides us to much healthier eating through hi-lighting the additives in a lot of common supermarket shelf food and how much UPF we are actually consuming due to uncontrolled advertising on packaging…..something I’ve been interested in for a very long time…!
I’ve obviously gone past feeding children at this stage…
But I think as we get older …more than ever,  good nutrition is so important…
Boy, am I looking forward to reading this and trying her recipes too..

Those of you who know me …..know that collecting cookery books and reading them like novels is one of my great passions…and this one is one of the best yet…!

Busy day here today …our new gas boiler is being installed.!
