Tintagel castle

The weather forcast suggested that we'd get wet, but survive, so we went to Tintagel to climb up to and around the castle. This shot is the Gallos statue at the highest point of the castle. If you are not familiar with the castle, check the extra. It shows some of the many steps, my car is parked somewhere amongst the tiny buildings on the horizon. I was wise enough to take my walking pole to help on the steps; in places they are very steep.

After a mooch around Tintagel we came back to Boscastle and visited the Museum of Witchcraft, and then walked to the end of the headland above the harbour entrance. In truth, it was posssible to walk further, but it was all uphill so I decided against it. Some chillax time now and then over the road to try a different restaurant.
