Sloppy

Woke up early again.

Checked my LinkedIn account and I had a message from what looks like a top university in Abu Dhabi. They've seen my profile I thought I might be a nice fit for a freelance assessor for a business excellence award. I have said I am open to a discussion.

Did a bit of a pottering around before heading to Cardiff. I just needed to get out and see somewhere different. I had lunch in Bute Park.

After booking Copenhagen yesterday, I've bought a few tour guides for Vienna and Bilbao now. I have a few more to book.

Dropped into see an old colleague then for a cuppa. He was shocked at the news, but he thinks this could be the start of something big for me. I hope so. As I was leaving his staffie said goodbye to me with a sloppy kiss that caught me by surprise as she jumped up at me. Lol!

Got home to a rejection letter for one of the jobs that I applied for. I'm not too disappointed, it wasn't a job I really wanted.

Hoping for a quiet night.

Today I am thankful for:
