Second time round…

I always have an orchid in the living room in the mantle piece as they last so long. I then keep them on a windowsill in a bedroom and hope for them to re flower. They occasionally do like this one.

This morning I swam 30 lengths again as only two others in the pool. Some of my friends go to Aqua classes but I find they don’t really need that much energy…according to my Apple Watch! So swimming is much better exercise. 

After sorting more paperwork I went to afternoon tea at Strawberry Hill  where I was a member for quite a few years. The lady captain is a friend and invited me. It was nice to see lots of familiar faces who had all been playing on their autumn meeting.  And the tea was very nice too!

This evening I’m going to see a live screening from the National Theatre - Interalia featuring Rosamund Pike
