A Portrait of Colin

Len joined me for the meeting of the Umbrella Dementia Group at the Baptist Church this afternoon. He and Colin both enjoyed the home made currant scones with Jam and butter.

I hadn't seen Colin for a while. He had bad news. He has cancer and imminent surgery is planned. He takes it all with equanimity.

Len and I had a very positive conversation with the Alzheimer's nurse who had come to give training to members of the church. She reassured Len that DVLA will get back to him in good time. I doubt that he will remember.
