Finally started the medication

In my view, I should have started this medication in 2023 while I was in hospital and when the surgeon said I have poor bone health.

It's a parathyroid hormone which helps to strengthen the bones, particularly in the spine.

Mark, the nurse, lovely man, came to see me this afternoon to train me in priming the pen that delivers the injection and administering the injection. All done satisfactorily I'm pleased to say.

Now I just have to remember to inject myself each day for the next two years.
