The day started badly when I slipped in the shower. A few weeks ago I bought a silicone mat with ’prickles’ to try and help with dry skin on my heels etc. It has suction pads but they aren’t always 100% effective and today I stepped on the mat whilst also turning round and it had no suction at all so I slipped and fell onto the shower tray. Don’t think i’ve done any lasting damage but am very sore and finding it difficult to get upstairs etc. It wasn’t too bad at first so I changed my bed linen and did cleared out the fridge and freezer before going to V’s in the afternoon for Bridge. Was very stiff when I got up from the table snd hobbled to my car! Did supermarket shopping on the way home and then just vegged out all evening. Hard to get comfortable though.
