Tradescantia

Tradescantia is generally unloved. It is a spreader but at least it's easy to pull out. I've seen it as a hanging-basket plant where it would be contained.

Close observation reveals the tradescantia flowers' beauty, with their many filaments of stamens and their bright yellow anthers against the white.

Margot is breaking through. Today she eschewed the tablet for playing in the back yard with me and Sika for hours. We all got slimmer.

Thanks for hosting BikerBear.

Happy weekend blippers.
