A touch of trauma

Having trouble saving text !!!
Trying again. I did a great load of detail but it disappeared at the end. This is a more abbreviated version and I will save intermittently.

It heaved with rain from before I awoke to mid afternoon. We took Amber for her walk and were in the back garden later when B fell on the steps down the side of the garage. He sustained grazes to his right elbow and a gash to his thigh. He was well and truly shaken up.

I got him indoors and sorted out, slowly and steadily.
I was feeling dreadful, worried about our pending holiday. I contacted R and asked her to come over after dinner to assess the situation and provide support, which she did.

It saved this time thank goodness.
