A quick trip to Lidl ( because it’s Italian Week) to stock up on the special goodies at such a good prices: olive oil, baby burratas, amaretti biscuits, cantuccini, grissini, medaglioni and provolone went in my basket: just the names make me excited. As l drove here this weekend l can take them home with ease.

After dropping them off at Tim and Adele’s we went to Todmorden for brunch at the cooperative there, what a fabulous and welcoming place.
The theme of the wellness centre was Kindness , infact the whole of the town seem to have a kindness theme, see extras.

I bought three bee loving perennials for my garden which has taken quite a bit of battering in the recent drought stricken months.

Back at their home now, Tim is making bread as l write, not certain what’s for dinner but l know it will have an Italian theme.
