Square-spot rustic moth

One of my big autumn jobs (I've got several) is to rid the lawn of moss and I've disturbed a few of these as I've raked my way across the lawn. They usually fly off quickly and hide themselves too well for me to spot, but this one was a bit slower and I followed him for a quick photo.
