Anyone for Billiards

Technophobe and I went to Charlecote House today.  I have been to the park around the house many times but never managed to be there when the house was open previously.  I rather liked the Billiard room and its interesting range of paintings and family possessions.   There were four of five rooms open and the family history was explored well in each room.  The dining room is currently closed for renovation since the mushrooms started growing out through the wallpaper.

The weather was good so we had a stroll around the park and across the river but there were no deer to be spotted at all.  We did see some Jacob's sheep in the distance but coffee was calling by that point.
