It will soon be time .....
...... to get the jelly strainer out so that I can make apple and rosehip jelly. I enjoy it on toast with peanut butter for breakfast. We have cooking apples and rosehips galore in the garden and its fun making use of them. An added bonus is that the apples don't require peeling when making jelly.
I've enjoyed a quiet day at home which is nice from time to time. I am currently reading a book (The Locked Room by Elly Griffith) which takes place during the early days of lockdown. I wouldn't like to go back to those times (which now seem so far away).
