Geltsdale

Geltsdale RSPB nature reserve is remote. About a mile out of Hallbankgate.
We stopped in a hide overlooking Tindale Tarn and spotted Cormorants , Mallards, Canada Geese and Tufted ducks.
Along the way is a house. Part Art Gallery and RSPB information hub, it’s also house.
It was welcome shelter for the incoming rain. Carrie Calvert a local wildlife photographer was exhibiting her work. Splendid photography.
