Notes: Woke a little after 6a amid weird dreams. Plenty of time to get up and get moving before heading to pickleball. Michelle into the office today. Played until just after 1030a, was great! Hit TJs on the way back then for a bagful ... Showered and made coffee when I got back and stayed in the kitchen from ~1115a - 230p: prepped and put together the chicken-beef meatloaf w/ spinach, mushrooms, onion & garlic; cooked the soaked chickpeas and then made the hummus batch; prepped and baked a spaghetti squash; pan-fried a small chicken burger; and then finally ... made a batch of the toffee fat bombs.  Spent an hour then working on ACtS stuff for Sept. Quiet evening, Michelle played pickleball, I did Essentrics and caught up on some truther vids.
