Spotted an intruder

Somebody seems to have got into the local horticultural show without paying their entrance fee - outrageous haha!  Loved spotting this ladybird on some of the dahlia exhibits when we visited this afternoon and enjoyed the show although entries seemed to be down this year, but not surprised as a lot of my flowers that could have been exhibited are already long gone from the garden!

Been pruning in the sunshine today - I love having buddleias in the garden, but  I don't like having to prune them back! They need to invent self pruning plants!!
