Fungus

Spotted this fungus up a tree this morning on the walk back to the car after parkrun. I think it’s some sort of shelf fungus or bracket fungus, but really got no idea.

I volunteered at parkrun this morning, helping out with barcode scanning, a task I’d not done before. It got a bit hectic at some points, but everyone was successfully scanned so that their times and positions appeared online on the results page later.
