Hindley Station

I caught the train to Bolton to see the osteopath today. I've started 4 sessions of acupuncture and osteopathy. My neck, arms and shoulders have been very painful on and off with the muscles really tense. She has got to the root of the problem. She also put a needle in the top of my head as I've been having headache's lately. Coming home I took this photo of one of the scarecrows on Hindley station.
Ada brought me a piece of her birthday cake. She had a great party at the roller rink.
